The luxury travel magazine, Conde Nast Traveler, has released the results of its traditional reader’s choice awards.

The luxury travel magazine, Conde Nast Traveler, has largely honoured French Polynesia. The magazine’s readers ranked destinations in various categories (hotels, cruises, spas, cities, etc.).
First, the ranking of “the world’s friendliest and most welcoming countries”: the first choice was French Polynesia, followed by Colombia and New Zealand. 
Next, Tahiti, Moorea and Bora-Bora were selected as the top five “best islands in Australia and the South Pacific”. 
Finally, of the fifteen “Best Hotels in Australia and the South Pacific”, five hotels in Fenua were selected by the readers. (The Intercontinental Bora Bora Resort Thalasso & Spa is fifth, the Four Seasons Bora Bora eighth, The Saint-Regis Bora Bora Resort ninth, the Conrad Bora Bora Nui twelfth and the Sofitel Kia Ora Moorea Beach Resort fourteenth). This will do Polynesia’s image a world of good.
