Is New Caledonia seeing the light at the end of the tunnel as far as inflation is concerned? That’s what the statistics institute (Isee) seems to be saying. According to Isee, consumer prices fell by 0.6% over the last twelve months. The biggest falls were in clothing and footwear (-7.5%), furniture (-7.7%), games and toys (-6.8%) and major household appliances (-3.9). Fruit and vegetable prices fell by 10.4%.
